Dear Tory,  I am a 51 year sales executive in Phoenix, AZ and my position was eliminated at the onset of this recession.  Arizona was hit extremely hard with this recession and jobs have been lost by the thousands.  I have talked to many recruiters and posted my resume to many companies.  The online application process seems to be a black hole of opportunities.  I have been on a couple of interviews and I have recently begun to attend a weekly employment networking meeting at our church.

My wife recently designed a personal job search website for me:  I believe she did  a terrific job, especially when the cost was just under $100.

When you do see a turn around for our state?  This state heavily relies on the housing industry largely due to our climate and tourism.  While I was able to secure a $10.00 per hour position, what other suggestions do you have that could assist me?  I have read all of your articles.
