Good Afternoon to you and all.   I am need to return to the work force after a long absence.  What can I do, when all my past work experiences cannot be verified because the companies no longer exist.   I have kept up with my computer skills and even improved on some at home.  I am basically self taught.   Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
