I have 15 plus years experience of middle management in a large operation, overseeing 42 managers who had sight over 13, 000 front-line employees.   I took and early retirement with a plan to go out and start another career with a different employee to accumulate another pension.  Suddenly the entire environment changed and many, many individuals are now out of work...I have the skill sets in many areas in addition to my middle management expertise; customer service, BS in Nursing and a BS in secondary education, general sciences.  I am confident I will find a fabulous job.  My question, what specific area will see the largest growth and need for workers in the next 18 months to 2 years.  Pharmaceuticals, medical equipment sales have always interested me, however I really enjoyed working with front-line employees and developing my mangers to be leaders as well as support and growth of the front-line employee.  Any suggestions?
