I cannot find any type of job.  I am a divorced 59 year old woman.  I was a self employed loan officer and certified notary public specializing in loan doc signings for the past 6 years. Due to the current economy and mortgage melt down I have NO Work or income. I have been unemployed for over a year now.  Please help, I am listed on every job board available and no results.

I joined the AARP board of jobs and other senior job banks, no results. What do you recommend. I have no other hobbies or talents to change careers .

Help me please, I have exhausted all my savings, lost my 401k in the stock market crash and now my home is in foreclosure.
