I live in Arkansas, will there ever be a job fair in this area? I also have another question.  I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Biology and I'm seeking employment.  I am in the process of preparing to go back to school, and I need to know what is the best way to ask an employer to be flexible with my school schedule?
