Saw Clint Eastwoods' movie, "Gran Torino" yesterday.

Great movie.  The plot, while predictable, was well written and Eastwood was at the top of his game.

Although the cast was Eastwood plus supporting roles- there was no '2nd banana', all the roles were great casting and provided the right mix of humor and pain to an urban setting.

If you are offended by racial slurs that are not politically correct- this is not your movie.  But what is sort of odd, is that the way the movie is written, it does a lot more to bring out the ethnic/racial issues than if it had been PC.

In my movie list it is 5 stars- if for no other reason than to see the skills of acting and directing of Clint.

jou, he did actually 'growl'.  It was as good a line as, "...make my day...".  lol

You should see the car.  it is what I would have called in my old car admiration days- "A Cherry"!!

LOL

I was wondering how you liked it, Ski.  I thought it was very good.  My next movie is going to be "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."
