Hi Troy,

I am a small business owner with a high/mid level career back ground looking to return to work not in the same capacity that I left.  My business is mostly on the weekends/evenings. I am being met with a lot of over qualified feedback in interviews, being asked if I want or would consider a manager/leadership role.  Because I know the committments of these positions I am opting not to jump on them at this time because I do have a relatively young family and may be separating from my spouse.  Clearly I think it's my resume and my past experience, but really am unsure what to do since my goal is to have a consistent stream of dependable income because of an unforeseen potential future.  Any advice/guidence is welcomed.  Thank you
