Hello Ms Johnson:

My question has to do with the follow up calls.  This morning you said to call the person who is making the decision.  I have recently had a first interview with the human resources department and the second interview with the departmental counterparts.  There was no third interview, and no explanation, so I never got to find out who was or speak to the person making the decision, the department head.  What is the correct protocol to find this person?
