I responded to an opportunity on Craigslist. I turned out to be a head hunter who submitted my resume and setup a phone intereview for me. That took place a week ago and I have had no feedback to date. He says he hasnt heard any comment s and that the company is continuing to interview. Should I bypass this person and go back and contract the person who interviewed me for the job. This person is the same person who supervises this opening. We had an hour long phone interveiw and she sent me extensive files to read that explained the work of the company and this job so I think she was interested. What should be my next move???
