Tory - Thank you for the chance to ask some questions.  I currently hold an associates degree withover 10 years of expereince in sales, marketing and customer relations.  Most of the jobs I see ask for a Bachlor's Degree.  Will companies overlook that and see that my experience adds more than a 4 year degree every could?
