I have a 4 # dog that is due for his yearly rabies.Is there some way to ask the vet to give a smaller amount to my dog?

I do always ask and they have said(I have asked 4) no,there is one amount that goes to all dogs.

It doesn't make sense to me that a Great Dane is getting the amount of vaccination that a tea cup pooch is.
