Easy Apple Cake

1 spice cake mix

1 can apple pie filling

1/2 c sour cream

2 eggs

mix well and pour into either a 9 x 13 pan or a bundt pan, greased and floured. I used the bundt pan.

bake at 350º for about 30 minutes for 9 x 13 and 40 minutes for the bundt pan.

Glaze with approxamately 1/3 can cream cheese icing warmed in microwave about 25 seconds. Pour over cake.

Cake is very moist, would be good with whipped cream or ice cream.

This is kind of a remake of the peach cake that I had posted some time ago.

Could also use chocolate cake mix and cherry pie pilling.

Judy, it is so good to see you posting.   What a neat easy recipe.   I can see this would be good for several flavors.  How about French Vanilla with cherry pie ??   That apple one you posted with vanilla ice cream would be yummy.    Stay warm,  Is is 78/60 here.
