I have had 2 dreams within the past month of vomitting.

In 1 dream it was an infant that was vomitting so violently that it couldn't catch its breath.  The vomit was everywhere and coming out from everywhere.  We couldn't get it to stop and thought it was going to death.

The second was of toddler who was vomitting violently as well and blue/purple stuff was coming out.  Again we could not stop it.

The crazy thing is that I don't recognize either baby.

The question is: did anyone in the dream give birth to the infants.  If someone gives birth to an infant in a dream it generally symbolizes death.  The vomiting symbolizes illness - possibly specifically cancer (carcinoma) - in this case.  Have you received a cancer diagnoses?

No the infants were not mine, but were around 2 to 3 months old.  No I have not been checked for cancer.  I am pretty healthy.  I have a friend of mine that was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer about 3-4 months ago.  I am not that close with her as she is my best friends sister and only occasionally hang out.  Could it be her?  My boss has cancer, but has been diagnosed and in remission for 3 years.  Could that be related?

Ok ok - generally the vision of the 'unborn' - like seeing someone pregnant - is a representation of death.

Generally we do not dream about the persons that we are subconsciously concerned about.  But there is generally a close association between the dreamer - and - the persons you dreamt about.  The person that you most likely dreamt about is not the person in the dream but someone who is very active in your life.  Often times the person you see in your dream - displays - character attributes of the real person you are concerned about (subconsciously).
