Both my husband and I are unemployed.  I have filed for disability and I am waiting for a decision.  My husband was a manager for over fourteen years but the longest job he attacked a customer and men were looking for him with guns.  The lady sued the company and they fired my husband.  The next job he stopped working as an assistant manager for a fast food he couldn't get along with the workers because he saided they were Slackers.  The next job job he rehired a worker who was caught stealing on camera and a girl he wouldn't rehired called the company and they fired him for that.  The next job he had a store manager and he attacked a known thief and cut him with a razor blade and the police saided the man was a known thief.  The company saided he shouldn't have went outside.  He should have stayed in the store.  He also made his DSL license and he went off for a week on road training and quit that job.

He doesn't seem to want to work.  He isn't out there looking hard for employment.  Is there any suggestions you can make as to what might be happening.

I have a leg problem which cause them to hurt most of the time.  Employers want someone of perfect health.  I have a daughter in college, we are buying a house and I want to set good examples for her.

Please tell me what to do

Nowhere here did you tell me what you're good at or capable of doing. I can't help you figure out a plan without knowing the skills and knowledge you have.  That's what you have to focus on -- not the drama of your husband's previous positions.  Perhaps there are work at home options for you to pursue.  We've covered this on GMA, so you can look up those pieces on the GMA site. Good luck
