Hi Tory,

I'm looking to return to the workplace after being away since 2000, due to the birth of my son.  I now have a daughter  and have been a stay at home mom ever since.  My daughter is 3 and my son is 6.  Do you think it's too soon to go back?  Also, can you give me a tip on how to explain it on my resume?

It's never too soon or too late! It's all up to you....if you're really ready, then do for it!  To fill the gap, think about some of the areas I suggested online today and on the show.  What kind of projects and tasks have you handled that would translate well in the workplace...what skills and knowledge do you bring to an employer?
