Hello.  I wonder if you could talk about any trends in hiring part time permanent employees for professional/managerial positions.  I took about 6 years off to raise my family and would like to work either  PT or flex-time in marketing, and am finding that part time positions just aren't available.  Do you have any advice?

I heard about a new company today -- tagteaminc.com -- might be worth checking out.  Also look at Aquent.com and onramps.com -- oh also look at tentiltwo.com -- some of these could be good resources for you.   The bottom line is that when you're a strong performer, you have more leverage on flexibility. So you might have to commit more time up front, but then ease back once you've proven your worth.  Good luck
