Here is the recipe for the potatoes.
I hd posted them a while ago and then Pattiann
asked for them so here is the posting.
USE 12-15 BABY RED POTATOES PUT THEM IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN AND COVER WITH WATER ADD SOME KOSHER SALT TO TASTE. BRING TO A BOIL OVER HIGH HEAT, REDUCE TO SIMMER AND COOK UNTIL THEY ARE TENDER AND A KNIFE CAN BE INSERTED.
TAKE THE POTATOES OUT AND DRAIN THEM.LET THEM COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES.
THEN PUT BETWEEN TWO CLEAN DISH TOWELS. PUSH DOWN ON THEM TO SQUASH THEM.
PUT ON A COOKIE SHEET COVERED WITH ALUMINUM FOIL ROAST THEM IN A 450* SPRINKLE WITH ABOUT 3/4 TEASPOONS SALT AND POUR SOME OLIVE OIL OVER AND UNDER THE POTATOES.
ROAST ABOUT 30 MINUTES UNTIL CRISPY AND DEEP BROWN AROUND THE EDGES.
I HAVE ROASTED AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES ACCORDING TO WHAT EVER MEAT I HAVE BEEN COOKING. JUST INCREASE THE TIME.
