My daughter is 2 and she has a stuffy nose. Is it ok to give a little Allergy meds. to releive her stuffy nose? It's only when she goes to bed. That way she can sleep.

As a parent, I know how difficult it is to watch a little one struggle with the symptoms of even a minor cold. But there's no evidence to support the use of allergy medications for a 2-year-old with a stuffy nose. Even keeping the medication at home creates a risk for an unintentional overdose. For my kids, I used a cool mist humidifier ...with occasional gentle bulb suction of the nose.
