Liposuction just takes superficial, non harmful except to the eye, fat away. To my knowledge it has no health benefit other than emotional - but that can be a big thing. Liposuctions main benefit is contouring or getting rid of a genetically bad spot. It does nothing to get rid of your omentum. With fat it is all about location, location, location.
