What is the one ( or two or three) things I need to do as a 51 y/o mother of two (girls ages 13 and 10), working wife to stay young and healthy? I am especially distressed that no matter WHAT I do with diet and exercise my waistline gets bigger even if other parts of my body stay fit. I do understand that this is natural - yes? Thanks!

It is as natural as your driveways potholes getting bigger and not fixed. Just as you would probably do soemthing about the potholes you also get a do over and can do something. So measure your waist, start walking and call a friend, dump your fridge, automate breakfast lunch and snacks and in a month do the free YOU workout at RealAge.com 3 times a week. All the people we did makeovers on seem to start just like you, but they - every one of them - succeed with that plan and so can you. It isn't that hard but remember to set aside 4 hours and a big trashcan to dump your fridge. It is a real key in the process and have your kids help you. What to dump?
