Once on a regimen of baby aspirin a day I heard you should stay one it and not go off. Is that true? also, what time of day to take as nite time seems to lay in the stomach sometimes.

I believe in 2 baby aspirin a day with a glass of water after I discuss with my doc. The best time to take it is when you are sure to remember - for health benefit at dinner seems best but since so many forget it, it is best when you remember. If you go off it or miss for 3 days there is a rebound acceleration of arterial aging. So do not go off it (or on it) without talking with your doctor. Dr. Mike
