I have a questions. In regards to my eating habbits I would consider myself to have a very healthy lifestyle except for one thing. For some reason during the week, I do great for Breakfast, lunches, and snacks. But when I get home I get the anxiety and I just stuff my face. I eat really quick and too much food. Is there anything I can do to help me with this anxiety promblem I have? I have tried to snack one hour before I get home to try to help but it does not work. Please help?
