I have your book and I already lost 7lbs in about 3 weeks but my question is I always seem to have a problem with breakfest, I was eating special K w/strawberries but then I read your book and it said to eat cheerios well low and behold I can't stand the taste it was very hard to get through a mouth full. I'm not much on oatmeal but I do like english muffins and toast(whole wheat) but I also find that when I look at the ingredients.. everything you say not to eat is in the bread I can't win for losing. I find myself looking at the back of everything and thats what I find frustrating because the things that are suppose to be healthy and you look at the back are lying to you so can't take it on face value. You see "Whole Wheat" look at the back and 1 of the first 4 ingredients is fructose. Can you help me out with this ?
