Hi, i just left the ob/gyn, and she said my urine was high for blood sugar. Around our area, if you go to see the diabetes dr. for elevated sugars, you're put on diabetes, blood pressure & cholesterol medicines. Should i try to exercise & diet, without the advise of a doctor? are there any clinics that you would recommend? Any other suggestions?

Yes and if you keep watching, you will see Richard who got to throw away his insulin, diabetes pills, and most of his doctors appointments. He reports his doctor does not like us as much as he does. Dr. Mike
