I dont understand this reaccuring dream. My eyes are open and I am aware of everything going on around me but there is a pressure on my chest and my heart starts to beat fast. I run to tell my mother that there is something in my room she is laughing and telling me that there is nothing there next i see myself running down the hill from my house and someone is calling me to come back and let it happen, I stop and turn around and in the dream i am saying no keep going so i start running again and end up in Manhattan at a bus stop in which my boyfriend is on the bus I am panicking and tell him to feel my neck and he asks why is my heart beating so fast I tell him that I dont know and then when I get off the bus I am back in my room and the dream starts over again. I dont know what this means and to be honest I am scared because I can feel my heart beating in my dream and the pounding is so intense that once I do wake up my heart is still beating hard and fast. Can someone help me with this dream Please.
