In my dream, a big bear is hibernating on my bed, then stands at the front door, looking back at me, if though it wants to go outside. What does this mean? In another dream a large dog is running towards me, it looks like it will jump over my head, but instead it jumps on top of my head with all 4 paws and just perches there; what does this mean?

Dream 1: In my dream, a big bear is hibernating on my bed, then stands at the front door, looking back at me, if though it wants to go outside.

Interpretation: Two things are being stated in this dream:

1.) You are familiar with the responsibilities of maintaining a pet - possibly a dog - thus the need to walk it.

and

2.) You feel burdened by having to take care of the responsibility of something - possibly walking the dog - in the morning - it is a hassle.  Or you have a matter in your life - that is huge - in your psyche - and - it seeks your permission for exiting your life - but - you are not aware that you have the power to release it.  You look at the situation - it looks at you - and - yet no solution comes out of it.  The situation evidently shows you it needs to exit your life - so that it can - stop hibernating in your bed - will you let it go?
