I personally neither won nor lost anything. Why do you feel you won something? Perhaps you are becoming too involved and should stop gloating, and GET OVER IT!!!

Perhaps you are becoming too involved and should stop gloating, and GET OVER IT!!! =========================================== I won because the American justice system worked. This man was NOT convicted based on no evidence... He was not convicted on the emotions of the public. The jury did their job by keeping their personal feelings out of it... That's how I won...

I won too! We all won, but you wouldn't know it from the lynchmob mentality on this board.

I submit that the only group that won were the lawyers. The justice system 'worked'? Only if the verdict favors your opinion. Our justice system isn't about truth, facts, or ethics. It's about law. MJ had very good lawyers. Even if there were videos or DNA evidence, the lawyers (using the process required by 'law' would probably have been able to show 'reasonable doubt'. Only gloat if you are on your way to the bank with the $5 million dollars attorney's fees (that MJ doesn't have)

Well, Michael will be getting three million back from the courts that he posted as bail so his attorney will be ablt to at least get 3/5 of his fee.

What your egotistical self-involved smugness fails to recognize - NOBODY WON. And the innocent children who were paraded into a 40+ year old mans bed are the losers. Who cares about winning "One for the black team"? Who cares about who gloats? Those kids lost, the many kids who have been exploited by his "child like" behavior which is the mask for his mental illness, are the one who lost. You are focusing way off the important mark; you are sickening.

I don't believe there has been a lot of whining here. Yes, you won. Having fun in your glee? Did I lose? No. Did the children lose? Yes. Even the jury thinks that Michael is a pedophile so I don't understand what you have to be so gleeful about.

I'm happy because I don't believe he did it... There was no evidence to support that he did it... So the children are still safe. As they always have been....

Message you are replying to: I'm happy because I don't believe he did it... There was no evidence to support that he did it... So the children are still safe. As they always have been.... ----------------------------------------------- A year or so ago, my students told me all sorts of stories about Michael Jackson. The simplest research confirmed that everything they said was false. But with all that out there in the public, there will always be distortions and myths. They work their way in between the truth and what people know of the truth.

As they always have been.... *************************************************** My point was the children were #1. Molested by Michael and dragged through the court system(which I believe did not happen) #2.The mother, taught them they could lie for money, and dragged them through the court system. Either way...they lost.

Either way...they lost. ----------------------------- Not in the end...if our children (and I mean "our" colectively) larn that lying does not pay, then they have gained something. If they had not learned, then they would have lost.

For those who wanted Jackson convicted... ######################## I don't believe that any person on this board would say that "they WANTED Jackson convicted". Personally, I hoped that the TRUTH would prevail and the proper outcome. I honestly don't believe this ended with the proper result, especially based on what the juror's really believe, but couldn't do much about it based on the justice system in place. Again, I don't believe that anyone would just want MJ to be jailed...IF he was Actually "innocent" of these behaviors.

MIchael was accused of a crime, which he went to trial, and recieved a "not guilty" verdict. What more can one do to prove your innocence? Not only did this trial drag his name through the dirt, not only did this trial cost him financially, not only did this trial cost him his health, both mentally and phsyically. How much should he have to pay for his "lack of sence"?

They want him nailed to a cross and eaten by wolves. I feel he has paid enough, Michael Jackson and the Jackson family are the only true victims here. He opened his home and got taken for a ride and stabbed in the back by a band of gypsies.

I'm happy because I don't believe he did it... There was no evidence to support that he did it... So the children are still safe. As they always have been ------------------------------- No one knows how normal or damaged the children are. I imagine being told they don't have a mother isn?t normal. Or covering their faces with scarves How could these 3 children be normal with Jackson as a father? He has no role models to guide him since his own father was abusive both mentally and physically. Give those children a few years when they hit their pre-teens and start talking about their lives and acting out. And please don?t use the excuse that they have nannies to take care of them so things should be fine. It?s a luck of the draw how well any child is taken care of by a nanny or baby sitter or don?t you watch the news about the kinds of abuse that can and does go on by these caretakers?
