It is an outrage that Mr. Cooley the LA DA is thinking of not charging Lindsay Lohan with cocaine charges and thinking of reducing her sentence. He would charge the avg American but not her? My G-d doesn't he have any sense of duty for ALL the people and not just the stars?

He and others are not doing her justice by not punishing her for 3 DUI and having cocaine. They are enabling her like everyone else and will they consider themselves responsible when she KILLS someone or OVERDOSE or DIES?

Mr. Cooley is probably worried about reelection and not protecting ALL CITIZENS of LA. I don't live in CA and am happy I don't because I would be embarrassed to have him as my LEGAL WATCHDOG!

Also, Lindsay needs to hire a new publicist who can find ways to keep her face in the papers without resorting to cocaine arrests and paparazzi car chases.
