I think the seniors they picked for the program do NOT represent most of the seniors I know.  I'm 70 years old and still work full time.  I can't afford to retire.  Most of the seniors I know are just barely making it, living in low rent areas with not enough money to fix their old cars or buy gas.  You try living on Social Security and see what kind of lifestyle you can afford.  Yes, I have Medicare but it's not free.  I pay about $140 per month for it and I still have co-pays and deductibles.  I still have to wait for an appointment at the doctor just like everyone else.  Let's face it, we need decent health care for all of our citizens.  Taking it away from seniors will not solve the problem at all.  Let's see a fair and more even handed report next time.

chicadee30:  You are so right.  I wonder what these young people will have to say when they are 65.  John Stossel doesn't have a clue what it is like to be really old.  What would he say if abc decided to drop his insurance because it is just too expensive.  At least he is working and probably could buy insurance.  Maybe the rich seniors shown on 20/20 could buy insurance, but the vast majority of seniors don't live like that and could not afford to buy sufficient insurance to cover them (if they could even find a company that would insure them).
