Here's a sacred cow I'd like John to bring up on 20/20.  Why shouldn't larger families pay more taxes?  After all, they require more government services ... schools, school buses, school books etc.

Instead of having tax deductions, let's tax baby carriages, disposable diapers, etc.

Let then pay their fair share of supporting the governmment.

Okay, I completely agree. But...Don't tax everything for those huge families. Create a warehouse! Diapers, paper towels, TP, all the things you ACTUALLY need. Then...Instead of giving everyone $500 a month, we supply them with needs. I've worked retail too long. People buy, ciggs, lobster, candy, little debbies, and other "brand name" items I CAN'T AFFORD. If we actually regulated things, state funds would be where they need to, or much closer then they are.
