Before I watched tonight's 20/20, I thought I actually liked John Stossel. However, after tonight, I officially believe the main purpose of his show is to enforce his personal opinions. In the segment on Tiger farming, it was easy to see that he believed Tigers should be farmed to save them. I have two things to say about this. One is that farming Tigers will not help them. What will help them is enforcing the laws that are in place now to protect them. Another issue with farming animals like tigers is that if the industry picks up, the "farmers", and most likely the majority of people, will stop looking at Tigers as the beautiful animals that they are and start treating them like products. Tigers are not products for farming. Neither is any other animal for that matter. The fact that Stossel's report suggested that we wall up such a lovely creature from its enviroment and mass produce it disgusts me.
