I agree with afb,my family and I live on coast in Ms. We are just getting over Katrina the world night mare started.My husband is a police officer in our home town and worked 80hours straight ,along with many of our officers,WE LOST EVERYTHING! today is April 14, and we have been in a home for two weeks!!!  IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THAT FAMILY'S HOME!!!  I am sure we are having just as hard of time paying bills, a couple are overdue now, but we learned a hurtful lesson,,,,, things are just things....get rid of what you can not afford and start over,he would be much happier doing that instead of putting himself and his family trough thinking down sizing is terrible
