I was very upset with how the mountain children story was documented. Being from Kentucky my father and I were very upset when we watched the report. You made all backwoods people of this state to be drunks and drug dealers. If they were not this then you made them out to be druggies. We are also from the backwoods . Yes we had poverty but there were not drugs and drinking involved. I feel that there was not enough investigation done into this and you only reported on what you thought would get your ratings up. You need to focus on the poverty not drugs and drinking. There are people alot worse off than the ones that you reported on. But I guess you only show what will raise the ratings. I've seen kids with n o shoes and having to wear dirty clothes. WHY NOT FOCUS ON THAT? There are people that have been working for the state of Kentucky cutting grass and still only make $ 8.00 an hour. So next time you do something like this think about how you are making all the people of the state look. They are already perseaved as inbread adn drunks why make it worse.
