Hey cardsgal, let's not forget who wrote the constitution...criminals! Before they came to America, a lot of our founding fathers were in trouble with the law in England and other countries of their origin, so it goes to reason that when they wrote the constitution they were viewing it through the eyes of one who has had trouble with the law, not a normal law abiding citizen. Our constitution doesn't need to be changed as much as it needs better translation,

I do not understand how a person can look at an innocent child, take their picture and then post it on the internet like that child is up for grabs. That is repulsive. Any person that can do that is a worthless member of society. This world is sick. You cant even go out in your own front yard with out being worried that some sicko is going to take picture of your kids and come after them, or worse, do what this guy is doing and putting them out there to be snatched up, raped, beaten or even killed. I think that all phediphiles should be up for grabs and we should be able to do whatever we wish to them.

The country is coming full cirlcle. People have manipulated the amendments to fit personal needs for, so long, that it becoming a joke to try and fight stupidtiy. This guy should be flogged in the public square. These are not the kind of people that our forefathers intended to protect, but we have morons suing companies for hot coffee and winning. What else do you expect?Money and lawyers run this country at the middle class' expense. Our own government doesn't even follow the laws the basic citizen has, why should this guy be treated any different. The government does not have to rely on social security or healthcare. What makes you think they care about you or me. We are not the survival of the fittest any longer. We have taken away natural selection and we wonder why we are the fatest, laziest and most criminally minded country on earth. Most people do not make decions. They let the media make up their mind for them. Most peole cannot spell common sense. We are not accountable for our actions anymore. It always someone else's fault. In this case it is the truth. It is not this guys fault that he can play games with children. It is our society as a whole to blame. The baby boomers are morons and our country is reaping what we sow. I cannot wait for the next generation to take charge and get it right.God Bless America and Pledge Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

Gary, how would you know how most pedophiles deal with their urges?? Throughout my life I have been friends with or have known at least 10 people who have been molested by either a parent, priest, teacher, grandparent, family friend, or older brother. My Dad's father molested two of my aunts. Out of 11 kids he only molested the two youngest presumably because the ol' hand wasn't cutting it anymore, and if he were still alive today I would be the first one in line with the knife!

Man, I don't believe this one. How many more guys are out there that is like this? This is very scarey for a parent of small children. There has to be something that can be done. Maybe expose him to each and every newspaper to let the people know what is going on in their neighborhoods.

It seems society is not protecting our kids. We can't say the bomb word these day or even say anything against the President, but somone whom wants to harm our children can do so freely.

In the State of Arkansas, we just had a man picked up for taking pictures of little girls ranging from 4 to 12, none of which were his. They actually arrested him for harrassment. I don't know if any of the mothers are reading any of these comments, but look into that angle. I don't know what kind of time he would do for harrassment, but it's better than nothing. Also, if you feel his describing your child, you can get a restraining order. It's not much, but it's something. Also, if this website is graphic in nature, I would contact the FBI. They have control over things like this. Don't stop, ladies, because we all know for a fact he won't. And by then it will be too late.

If someone in a public area or at an airport threatens or even jokes about a bomb, they are imediately arrested...this guy is not joking. What a shame that our children are expendable commodities that our lawmakers make us wait until he actually inadvertly harms our children!

If a person takes a picture of a child that is not theirs then the parent of the child can sue him for using the child's image. The option of him being arrested for harassment sounds like another way to go.
