I'm ok with a minimum wage, I just don't anyone dictating to me when to give raises and how much.

That's what I thought. It's hard enough following all the rules and regulations set in stone especially here in Calif. It takes a strong person to start a business and sometimes it feels as if the government doesn't want you to succeed. I'm ok with some rules etc but don't tell me when to give a raise and how much.

Greennn suggested it so I just threw my two cents in on the idea.

I actually lost the dealership that I had a small 10 percent of when GM took dealerships away during their bankruptcy. I still work at the dealership that remained.
