Being gay shouldnt be a reason to stop him having custody...but if Vergie says oh hes gay and going out getting wasted and shows pics...some judges may stop and think that maybe the grandmother would be the better person to have the baby. Thing is the grandnmother is even worse so thats no guide. And maybe the older person to dieing would be larrys father...(his mother is dead and dad remarried) which would be convenient cos she would be then the only grandparent alive

Better yet, don't you think it is a little morbid for her to even be thinking Larry is going to die? I am sure she is hoping it so she can get her mitts on the money. that woman has some nerve, I am liking her less and less every day. ******************************** mitts? oh I call them CLAWS what Virgies has! lol! well, she wants that $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ geesh! I wouldn't put anything past her on seeing that Larry would die, and that is probably why she is wanting this on paper because she knows Larry's family has first choice on this.

In our country grandparents can sue for visitation, and other arrangements. And now that Dannielynn's mother died, the baby will need a permanent female presence (who is not her nanny.) ************************** are you talking about in the US? you do realize suing and laws are 2 different options in the US.

Ok one thing Larry has a mother himself and a sister so why should Vergie have more right than either of these other two women? She is no more to this baby then either of them are ! As for suing Stern she had no relationship with her daughter for a lot of her life and why would she do it on her grandaughters behalf when that little girl has a daddy to do it for her? Yu say about ppl dying like flies..well my honest opinion is...that if he signed something to say she would get custody in the event of his death that he too may drop like a fly. Shes obsessed and i dont think would stop at anything

If you are in the U.S., I think you had better go visit a law library in regards to grandmothers rights when the father is still alive. NO state in the U.S. gives a grandparent what Arthur is asking for especially when the father is fit. I do not know who is advising this woman but all they are seeing is $$$ signs. It was the same with Stern, he only wanted her because she may be worth money. If Arthur had been in constant contact with Anna and there was no estrangement between them and Anna had written in her will she wanted her parents to raise her kids in case of her death, then yes she would get her but that is FAR from the case here. Arthur has NO claims whatsoever on this child and needs to back off before Larry tells she isn't going to ever see her. Grandparents are kept from their grandkids all the time and there isn't a thing the courts can do. Larry has family who will be given guardianship is something should happen to him and adult children die all the time at the hands of someone else, that does not mean a parent can sue the person responsible. I am sure a new, legal will will be drawn up as soon as he is given custody. Stern's version is not valid so it won't stand up in a court of law, he can ask Larry till he is blue in the face to be in charge of her money. Larry is a very wise man and he will make sure a lot of things are done for the welfare of his daughter. He and only he can make all and any decisions regarding her now and everyone else needs to shut up and stop giving him a hard time.

Dannielynn has a court appointed attorney to look after her well being. Don't you think the court would put all of Dannielynn's assets in a trust for her until she became of age with a court appointed attorney (no one that is associated with any of the family or players in this saga) to account for her inheritence? A guardian/parent would get a monthly allowance to provide for her needs.

The court appointed attorney was only until the paternity was determined. I say any and all things involving her including assets she will inherit will go to Larry. He has accounts established for her. You know there are plenty of poor children out there don't even have a darn pair of shoes, how about sharing the wealth, that is if she even gets it.

Milstein was hired for Dannielynn since she was given her moms body for the funeral...He was only the guardian at litem for that purpose...Dannielynn does not have a court appointed guardian because Stern is considered her father from the birth certificate. Dannielynn does not have a court appointed anything....

oh and about the Virgie thing...SHe didn't shhot one of her children..I keep seeing people write that she shot one of her kids and they ended up in a wheelchair..that is false and was stated by Krista Barth...She has a child in a wheel chair because of a disease the child was either born with or obtained at a very early age...While I don't like what virige is doing, I can't condone people writing stuff like this that are lies... Believe me if she shot her child, there would be some report about it somewhere..they could use this evidence against her for the custody battle on Friday but notice, there is no report out there regarding the shooting...don't believe everything you see and hear!!!
