I have to say that I have not been as conscious as i should be, not realizing just how serious the problem actually is. I now know I can do sooooo much more to help, I will be adopting the idea of using cloth grocery bags rather than plastic, and unplugging electronics, and turning the water off while i brush. The program really opened my eyes.
