Ah deterrent! Great argument. Nukes are, as you said, deterrent instruments. Then why would Iran or North Korea start irresponsibly using them when other nations sit stockpiled ready to counter attack. When has any nation or state put itself in a position of such disadvantage? Because they are warped and ruled by madman, and have horrible P.R.? Is that the logic?
