When I did the office lottery pool, I bought the tickets, made copies of what I bought for everyone in the pool. Anything else I or others in the pool bought were our own tickets.

 

We used to do the same.  Since we never won anything large, we would keep the money floating (buying more tickets, making more copies) until the pot of money was gone.
