Well .. now again.. we're talking about Apples and you're talking about Oranges.

This is about the elderly...it's not about the people who don't have insurance.  And if you want to discuss that learn to start a thread about that.  You seem to be going off topic on a few threads now.  You might wanna pull back and not ramble about something we're not discussing in this thread.

This is saying for the elderly to cut down from going 3 times a week to going even once a month .. heck .. once a week would be a welcome reduction.

So, again,  if you want to ramble on about the uninsured ... start a thread specifically about it.
