Yes, I enjoyed it too!  Bill has a knack for exposing the ridiculous.
Was it fair?  Not sure.  Since I had no emotional investment in any religion discussed, I did not feel threatened by it.
You should see the special features on the DVD that included a bunch of other religions not included in the movie!  Also a riot, especially those orbiting teacups that made fun of agnostics  :-)

This Ebert quote (from Wikipedia) sums it up for me too:
"I report faithfully that I laughed frequently. You may very well hate it, but at least you've been informed. Perhaps you could enjoy the material about other religions, and tune out when yours is being discussed. That's only human nature."
