People who smoke take a lot of breaks. Employers loose a lot of productivity.

In my case, I've been reprimanded for doing my own work instead of my colleague's work during his smoke break. (I'm expected to put my work aside and do his work when he steps outside. Then HE gets good evaluations because his work is always finished [mostly by me!], while MY evaluations suffer because my work is always delayed [due to his smoke breaks].)

AND... While smokers get to take 20-minute breaks, non-smokers are NOT allowed to take similar breaks to stretch or exercise.  Killing yourself slowly is okay, but healthy activity is banned. Hmmmm...
