But then how can we determine with 100% accuracy that a person who is fat is personally responsible or that they suffer from some condition? What about children? A policy change of this magnitude looks like a legal nightmare to me, and an EXPENSIVE one, probably cancelling out whatever taxes would have been collected. Now a stupid people tax?
