The seminars are pretty expensive but you can get his book "The easy way to stop smoking" at most bookstores (amazon, borders, etc.). I found a copy in my local library. It is a shame that his method does not get more publicity. Anyone who's struggling to quit should get it, it'll be the $15 best spent.
