It's actually something you can add in with yogurt or you can even sprinkle a couple of scoops in with your coffee, either in with the grounds or with the coffee itself. And cinnamon is a really, really great nutrient because it mimics the effect of insulin in the blood, so it's going to help you improve your body's ability to process blood sugar. That's why it's so fantastic. However, diabetes experts do not recommend cinnamon be used to regulate blood sugar.
