This is the way I file my recipes. I right click on the storage files - like in box, drafts, sent, delete, etc.

When I do that several options pop up and new folder is one of them.

I have folders for desserts, main entree, veggie, & Misc.   Then I drag the recipe to the appropriate folder.   I hope this helps.    Helen
