I find it amusing that this "accidentally" was leaked just days before Alec was to pick up Ireland. I hope you are lucky enough to never have to live with a vindictive ex as I have. The lies, games and manipulations to make the other parent look bad all at the expense of the children. Do I think he should've spewed this on a voicemail? Never. Haven't we all done something we later regretted? Just because the court is involved doesn't mean a hateful spouse won't deceive the judge. Manipulating the system to be pitied is what they are after, regardless of what damage it does to the non-custodial's relationship with his or her children. No one should have parental rights taken away over saying something in haste... that seems a bit drastic.
