I must wholeheartedly agree!  The last thing an overpopulated world needs is more unwanted people.  The population problem is already putting a strain in the earth's limited resources!

Who should pay for for Medicare?  Tax organized religion.  If they insist on sticking their noses into politics with their anti abortion agenda, let them pay their fair share of supporting the government.
