the number of Calabi Yau families is infinite

 

      If branes generate universes at collision points, the two branes must exist before the big bang. It therefore, follows that since each big bang is followed by an end of that universe there will be a finite number of universes that will come to equilibrium.

 

      Hey, this is fun.

 

      BTW: I just don't like infinities unless we are playing Georg Cantor games.
