I had a translant and luckily had 6 siblings that could would have gave and 1 did. If the rich truly want one they will go and get it regardles of the money. $60000 in asia, mideast, africa done deal. So it is my opinion that all are not as lucky as the wealthy or myself with so many kidney's available to him. If we are going to buy them then it should be allowed and a fund set up so even those who can't afford one can get one too. One kidney is all u need to live so why not donate, I understand there is always the risk of losing one yourself, and it isn't for everyone. $60,000 would benefit a lot people and so would a kindey, etc..  If you can give one why shouldn't you be able to sell it too.
